Call for sessions and papers

Use the paper proposal form to submit your proposal for a paper to be given at the conference. You'll need to fill in your personal info, contact details, a title of the paper and an abstract of ca. 250 words. The abstract can not be uploaded as a file, but must be typed or copy-pasted to the apposited entry area. With javascript enabled in you browser, you can enter bold and emphasized text, numbered and unnumbered lists, links to external sites and documents, and paste formatted text from word processors.

Use the session proposal form to submit proposals for complete sessions. Note, that with this form, you enter only the organizer, the chair and the title and abstract of the session. The details of individual papers to be given at the session along the presenters should be entered using the paper proposal form, using the session key received after a successful submission of a session proposal. To sum up, for complete sessions, the procedure is as follows:

1. Use the session proposal form to enter:
   • Organizer and Chair
   • Title and abstract of the session
2. After submitting the proposal, you will receive your session key.
3. Send this session key to the presenters in the session who will then have to use this session key when submitting their details and paper information using the paper proposal form (or alternatively, do this yourself for each presenter.)
